The Other Side is an initiative that we started as a means to make career professionals aware of key management and leadership behaviours and career options.

We started the other side with a target audience of educated career professionals back in January of this year and have had a startling number of organic followers on both our IG and FB pages – our links are below.

Between us we have over 50 years of HR and leadership experience in both multinational and local companies globally.

we will be holding a live Q&A session on Instagram on Saturday the 19th of June at 3.30 PM Pakistan Time and we would like for your students to attend this Q&A as we feel it would be extremely useful for them. Amongst other things we will be discussing career choices, interviewing and recruitment methods and styles and any other related HR questions that they may have.
