Job Description:
ConsoliAds is rapidly expanding its footprint in the global market. We are currently looking to grow our Sales team, providing successful candidates the opportunity for exceptional career growth as well as unlimited earnings. This incumbent enhances and expedites our reach to customers in the global market through relationship building,
helping customers achieve their goals, and through sales and marketing efforts using a variety of digital and direct sales best practices. In short, if you have an interest in startup culture and want to know how to rapidly acquire targeted leads, then this is your perfect role.
The incumbent would be responsible for :
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing
annual sales quotas and projecting revenue.
International clients dealing with exposure (B2B)
Visualizing and deliver opportunities for growth
Building out a strategic pipeline of prospective partners and
actively pursue opportunities to promote and sell on the
ConsoliAds platform
Content development and publicity
Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the Team to
ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and
monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to
assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Handle all renewal contracts for existing and new publishers
within our designated sector
Convert leads into calls and direct face to face pitches with
prospective publishers
Managing the leads pipeline starting from nurturing a lead to
closing it
Developing and running different marketing campaigns aimed
at promoting the company’s image, products, and our efforts
towards fulfilling our purpose.
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase
company and brand awareness.
Developing and Managing digital marketing campaigns to
achieve leads and revenue goals
Manage and lead the pre-sales activity to ensure deals are
locked
Eligibility:
Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s preferably Bachelor’s/ Master’s preferably in Marketing
Experience: Experience of at least 5 years in sales
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Overall 8 – 10 years of experience with 5
years’ experience in the domain of “Digital
Marketing” / “Sales” in an Advertising Setup
/ Tech / Gaming Industry
Special Skills:
Understanding of Arabic language will be an
added advantage
Enthusiasm, drive, and energy to foster new
initiatives, and the ability to influence
stakeholders at various levels
Remains aware and knowledgeable of
industry trends, best practices, and advances
in technology that impacts International and
the customer
Good understanding and knowledge of the
wider gaming/advertising landscape
Proven solution selling skills and sales track
record
