Primary Responsibilities
· Design and implementation of processes to ensure successful delivery of logistics services (warehousing and transportation) at the target performance levels and within budgeted costs. Design will include
o Definition of workflows (SOPs),
o HR structure,
o Job descriptions
o Checklists, forms etc.
o Reports to monitor performance
· Assess existing processes to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and/or cost reduction.
· Troubleshoot issues, inefficiencies and challenges in existing processes and find optimum solutions.
· Ensure processes comply with HSE standards.
· Perform financial costing for implementation of new/modified processes, including capital and operational costs.
· Ensure all processes are designed in a cost-effective manner.

Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
· 5 years’ experience in operations in a related field.
· Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
