Job Vacancy – Customer Support Executive

Abacus Consulting is looking for a “Customer Support Executive” with a minimum qualification of Intermediate. We are preferring students of UET for this position.  Find below the Job description for this position:

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English)
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
  • Should be flexible for shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
Salary: 50,000 Basic+ 10000 Performance-based incentive
