LEAD CONVERSION SPECIALIST
Job Description:-
• Maintain a timely and accurate database of client contact data.
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects and follow up on contact lists
• Uncover customer and prospect interest to develop into a solid sales opportunity
• Report to management on lead follow-up, ensuring leads are tracked correctly and
consistently across the sales team
• Engage clients and prospects via phone to qualify them as opportunities and assign them to
the appropriate owner(s)
• Demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and
successfully qualify the leads.
• Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross-functional lead sources to drive continuous
improvement of processes
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual lead conversion quotas
• Collaborate with other Lead Qualification team members to continue to improve lead program
and processes
• Develop an understanding of competitive products
• Develop customer quotations
• Follow up with leads to qualify them to be handed off to the sales team – leads include
purchased leads, webinar attendees to the live session and replay versions, customer referrals,
and older leads within the existing database
• Manage live chat function on website for new interested prospects, handing off qualified leads
to the sales team
• Provide succinct follow-up via phone and email

Job Specifications:-
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Strong background with OPENCART, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Domain expertise
in UI/UX best practices. You are a problem solver with everything you develop to improve our
site’s experience and drive action.
• Certified on the HubSpot Content Optimization System, used to create automatically responsive
webpages for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Your work must appeal to all three.
• Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends, including agile methodology and
emerging best practices in the UI community.
