Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resources, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time HR Executive role based on performance and business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support in onboarding and induction processes
  • Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities
  • Assist in performance management and HR policy implementation
  • Work on HR analytics and generate reports
  • Help with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA with a specialization in HR (Freshers may apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
