- To calculate production lead-time on man/machine required for meeting the order quantity·
- To give line balancing plan on man/machine required for meeting the planned production.
- To monitor line output, calculate efficiency/ deficiency and identify the causes of deficiency and recommend improvement.
- TPM, 5S, Lean, Line Management, Training, coaching, and Mentoring.
- To give training to middle management of lean tools/ Kaizen etc.
- To give recommendations for improvement of Production workers’ efficiency, reducing waste of resources by re-organizing workflow, and machine layout.
- To take action on bottlenecks in production, and their causes and fix them with the help of CFT.
- To coordinate with Production HODs to solve problems.
- To develop a control system that helps remove production gaps.
Job Specification:
- Industrial Engineer (ind & Man Engineer) with good CGPA
- 0 – 1 year of experience
- Strong Analytical skill
- Good interpersonal skills
