1 – Position: MTO -IT

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide assistance in accurate and timely Master Data Entry into the ERP modules
  • Analyzes and finalizes the format of the reports/forms
  • Assists team lead in all the phases of new developments from carrying out the analysis of users’ requirement to the test run after development completion
  • Provides assistance in accurate and timely Master Data Entry into the ERP modules
  • Maintains systems regularly by removing reported bugs, enhancement, and up-gradation of the system to better serve its users
  • Runs application diagnostics

 

2 – Position: Account Officer

 

      Department           Accounting & Finance

      Qualification          Bachelors/Masters

      Experience              Fresh Graduate/0-6 months

      Skill Required         Must Know the general accounts Functionality

      No of Positions      One

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Keep liaison with the banks daily to settle routine issues as and when needed
  • Regularly preparing and maintaining the company’s P&L Statement, Balance Sheet
  • Effectively delegate tasks & responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate & proper bookkeeping
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement monthly
  • Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
  • Coordinate with the external auditor and facilitate the annual audit
  • Prepare all invoices as per contracts and agreements with the company’s customers along with the complete handling of these invoices till final delivery & their settlement
  • To verify and thoroughly check all bills upon receipt and, consequently book the liabilities
  • Following up on the trade receivables and ensuring their timely recovery
  • Ensuring timely payments of all bills and invoices
  • Timely reconciliation of the sub-ledger with the general ledger
  • To undertake all other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

2 – Position: Account Officer

 

      Department           Human Resources

      Qualification          Bachelors/Masters

      Experience              03-04 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs

      No of Positions      One

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Administers spending against the departmental budget.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modifies programs as needed.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
