Career Opportunity – Digital Marketing Lead

Digital Marketing Lead for our office in Lahore.(onsite role).

 

Location: PCSIR Society, Lahore (onsite role)

Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Develop positioning and messaging tailored to ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and pain points.
  • Lead competitive and market research to refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Plan and implement multi-touch campaigns across inbound (SEO, content, email, webinars) and outbound (paid ads, ABM, retargeting) channels.
  • Build and optimize the lead nurturing funnel using marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and sales and subject matter experts to create compelling collateral: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and landing pages.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives such as feature launches, battle cards, competitor comparisons, and sales enablement assets.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across channels and assets.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on CAC and ROI.
  • Manage the website and optimize for SEO, conversion rate, and user experience.
  • Track campaign KPIs and report on marketing ROI, pipeline influence, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Strengthen brand positioning in the market through thought leadership, press outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Drive community engagement through forums, newsletters, and customer marketing.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in engineering with master’s in marketing Preferred.
  • 4 – 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand gen, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
