Responsibilities
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English)
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
- Should be flexible for shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
Salary: 50,000 Basic+ 10000 Performance-based incentive
