| Job Description: | Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and Production status.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action and control.
Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts and other information to determine worker functions and responsibilities. To work on how to increase productivity in terms of Square Feet per man per hour. Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.

| Eligibility: | Education: | B.Sc. (Specialization in Industrial Engineering, Polymer, Metallurgical). Preferable in Industrial Engineering. |
| Experience: | Preferably with at least 1 to 3 years of experience. However, preference will be given to candidates having experience in relevant field. | |
| Special Skills: | Analytical approach, Proactive, Excellent interpersonal skills. | |
