Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with expertise in network administration and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, Azure certification, Active Directory management, Cloudflare implementation, and server administration.
Responsibilities:
Network Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Implement and troubleshoot network protocols, IP addressing, and VLAN configurations.
Cloud Services Administration: Utilize Azure services for cloud-based solutions. Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory.
Active Directory Management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including user and group management, Group Policy implementation, and DNS integration.
Cloudflare Integration: Implement and manage Cloudflare services for DNS management, DDoS protection, and content delivery network (CDN) optimization. Monitor and optimize website performance and security using Cloudflare features.
Server Administration: Administer Windows and/or Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Monitor server performance, ensure system security, and implement backup and recovery strategies.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with system configurations.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT best practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
CCNA certification or equivalent experience in network administration.
Azure certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Strong understanding of Active Directory management and Group Policy administration.
Experience with Cloudflare services, including DNS management and CDN configuration.
Proficiency in server administration, including Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
