LEADING TO JOB INTERNSHIP FOR FRESH GRADUATES

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Software Implementation Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our software implementation team to help install and configure our software products for our clients. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the software implementation team in installing and configuring software products for our clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve any bugs or issues in the software.
• Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process.
• Document implementation procedures and create user manuals for our clients.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MySQL database.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to computer science, information technology, or a related field.
