Know about the Role:

The job responsibilities in this role include:

 

• Help define the direction and initiatives for the team and platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Maintain and enhance the existing CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy the web application container images
• Collaborate with the development teams to identify areas for improvement in the deployment process and infrastructure-as-code setup
• Configure and manage GitLab runners for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Automate the build, test, and deployment of our software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CI/CD pipeline.
• Optimize and improve the CI/CD pipeline.

We’re seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or CI/CD engineering role. The required skills are:

 

• Strong proficiency with tools such as GitLab, Terraform, Docker, and AWS
• Experience in Building CI/CD infrastructure with multiple pipeline solutions over the years (such as Gitlab, CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
• Experience in a containerized world with orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes
• Experience creating and maintaining scripts using Bash or Python.

 

Along with these technical skills, your good communication skills, excellent verbal and writing skills in English, the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment make you an outstanding match for this role.
