National Youth Council is an official notified youth platform with Prime Minister of Pakistan as its Patron-in-Chief. NYC will provide a forum to youth to highlight the challenges faced by the youth and connect them to relevant stakeholders and policy makers to advance pro youth development agenda.

To induct bright and dynamic youth to be the members of NYC, an online application has been developed which is available on Kamyabjawan digital portalhttps://www.kamyabjawan.gov.pk/home/youthcouncil. Youth between the age of 15 to 29 years can apply for its membership for a one-year tenure. Young girls are encouraged to apply as 50% seats are reserved for them.  Similarly, transgenders, youth with disabilities and minorities have also reserved quota.
