Position: HR Officer (Recruitment & Selection)
Job Description:
· Advertising job ads, sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate for group of companies under the supervision of department head.
· Coordinating with career placement officers’ of universities to build strong relations.
· To keep maintain records of employees and also check reference of previous organizations.
· Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Should have strong command on MS Office.
· Should have strong follow up ability.
Qualification Required: BBA, MBA (Human Resource)

Experience:
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection.
