- BS in Computer Science Engineering
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and to be able to apply those concepts within the JavaScript framework
- Good understanding core JavaScript
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good in design patterns and data structure concepts
- Good understanding of XHTML, CSS3, HTML and HTML5 APIs
- Capable of communicating with the rest of the team

Software Engineer – 0-6 months minimum
Sr.SE / Lead JS – Min. 6 years experience (Multiple openings)
SSE/ Lead Magento – 3-5 yearsSr. Technical Project Manager – 6-8 years as a Project ManagerLead SQA Engineer – Min. 6 yearsSr. Software Architect – Min. 10 years in industryFor Fresh graduates and associate levels (students of 7th or 8th semester) they offer them skill based assessments. However, sometimes fresh graduates do not perform up to the mark and they are placed at associate level. For associate level they are treated as full time employees and their evaluation period is for 3-6 months. After completion of 3-6 months they either get confirmed, be promoted to the next level for instance, Software engineer and their probation evaluation will be lapsed or otherwise their contract is terminated.
