Emerging Talent Program at K- Electric.

Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) 2021’s Social Media Campaign will be launching from 24th November, 2020 ! As you know, Krebranded the Graduate Trainee Programme in 2016, as ETP, which has been running successfully since and is one of the most extensive in Pakistan, ever since.

 Through ETP, we nurtures existing talents in bright university graduates to prepare them for challenging and rewarding professional careers at KE. This program gives these young Business and technical trainees to work closely with senior management on real business projects, across multiple functions at KE, which helps them develop in to future leaders on a faster pace.

In 2020, ETP is going digital by introducing a Gamification testing method! This concept uses game theory, mechanics, and game designs to digitally engage and motivate candidates to achieve goals. It went really well, and we received lots of positive feedback on it. Hence this year we would like to use the same channel to bring the best talent on board from all across KE.

 We would like to inform you that our recruitment process has been modified. Therefore just like last year, KE will not be running recruitment drives in 2020.
