Need a personnel with 1-2 years experience (of Electrical Engineering) in operations management for “Assistant Operations Leader” position.
Salary will be around 40-50k (If fresh) and 60-70k (Based on experience).
Should have knowledge of all functional departments of a company. Prior experience in solar will be preferred.
Prime job will be to ensure smooth functioning of all departments, conflict management and rigorous tracking on all deliverables of all departments.
