HBL is looking to hire passionate and driven Tech Trainees for its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in its Information & Transformation Office function, Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build expertise in automation technologies like RPA, IPA, AI/ML, and want to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and document workflows.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed bots to ensure performance and reliability.
• Stay current with RPA trends and continuously improve automation solutions.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Age: 21 – 27 Years
