Position Title: Trainee Sales Engineer (Civil)
Location: Township, College Road, Lahore
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Evening Shift) Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: PKR. 40,000 – 50,000/month + commissions (in USD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls to pitch our civil engineering services and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand international client requirements and prepare tailored civil proposals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage project timelines, ensure clear communication with clients, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in sales engineering and business development.
