Career Opportunity-Control & Instrumentation Engineer

Location: PCSIR Society, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement hardware for specialized control systems, including DCS, SIS, and FGS.
Ensure compatibility and integration of systems with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell platforms.
Apply knowledge of instrumentation and working principles to ensure optimal system performance.
Design and manage hardware for wellhead facilities, including wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems.
Analyze and interpret customer specifications, including functional requirement specifications, P&IDs, C&Es, drawings, narratives, and philosophies.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct system testing and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to validate hardware performance and compliance with specifications.
Supervise installation activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
Lead commissioning and startup activities, ensuring successful project handover to the client.

Technology Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics & Control Engineering)
Proven experience of 2 – 5 Years in hardware design and implementation for control systems, particularly DCS, SIS, and FGS.
Strong expertise with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell systems.
Experience with wellhead facilities, including control panels, skids, and solar systems, is a plus.
Familiarity with industrial standards and best practices in the field.
Proficient in interpreting and applying customer specifications and documentation.
Experience in system testing, FAT, installation supervision, commissioning, and startup activities.
