Location: PCSIR Society, Phase 2 Lahore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of performance management systems, tools, and processes.
- Coordinate annual and mid-cycle performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion, tracking, and process adherence.
- Analyze performance and talent data; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track company-wide talent and performance metrics enabling data-driven insights.
- Create and enhance performance management documentation, guidelines, SOPs, and FAQs.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes for new or revised performance management processes to support design, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and manage employee-facing communications for performance management and talent management initiatives.
- Support in designing executive presentations and decks on new performance, behavioral, and development frameworks.
- Provide project management and operational support to the Performance Management Lead.
- Support stakeholder coordination and follow-ups as required.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
