Emerging Talent Program (ETP) is a one-year Trainee Program for ambitious individuals (Fresh Graduates) aiming to develop themselves through hands-on experience in the public sector. It is an initiative set to redefine career trajectories and foster innovation. The program involves rotations in different functions and is carefully crafted to nurture the brightest talent across various fields. Trainee will be allocated in specific projects, with a great room for ownership to execute multiple ideas.
