Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at ESAC. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of various projects. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 4 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings for construction projects.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget constraints.

3. Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with local regulations.

4. Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.

6. Research and stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an architect.

3. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients, colleagues, and contractors.

6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
