Position:  Sales Executive – Female (Real Estate)

Job Description:

  • Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
  • Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.
  • Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
  • Increase business by following up on potential leads.
  • Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
  • Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualification Required:  BBA, MBA (Sales & Marketing), Qualification can be relaxed with relevant experience.

Skills Required:

·         Excellent Communication Skills

·         Confidence of Sales

·         Customer-Centric Attitude

·         Must Deal Customer with Care

·         Pleasant and presentable personality

Experience:

·         1-2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry.
